2. GSM3335, -30V PMOS, Low RDS_ON, high current 90A, DFN5x6/SOP-8 package.

3. GSM3385/GSM3117, -30V PMOS, Low RDS_ON, DFN5x6/DFN3x3 package.

4. GSM3131, GSM3153, -30V PMOS, Low RDS_ON 3m ohm, SOT23 small package. The GSM3131 series has an RDS_ON of 32m ohm and is available in SOT-23, SOT-23-6L, SOT-89 and SOP-8 packages.
